Breakfast, 10:15 a.m.

Banana.

Lunch, 1:05 p.m.

Fruit salad, applesauce, and pretzels. I ended up not
eating the Cheerios.

Snack, 4:00 p.m.

A little chocolate square, left over from Urs's visit.

Snack (?), 5:40 p.m.

I'm not sure if this counts as a snack or what. It's Mexican
rice from a packet. I was starving so I ate, but it didn't
feel like a meal. Then again, calorie wise, I'm sure it was.

Dinner, 11:30 p.m.

Goulash: ground beef (15% fat, which is bad, but it's what
they sell at Sam's Club; when I buy from the grocery store --
and pay way more money -- I get the 7% fat stuff), elbow
macaroni, corn, tomato sauce, and spices.

I had goulash in Hungary, and that's not it.
