Brunch, 2:15 p.m.

No breakfast today because I had to fast for some blood work that was done at 1:30 -- some b.s. mandated by the insurance company to maintain my current level of benefits. Anyway, that meant no food until after. Since I had an afternoon of errands planned, I just ate at the Taco Bell right next to the clinic. I ordered 2 beef tacos and Cinnamon Twists, but I ended up with 2 Taco Supremes slathered in sour cream. Gross. So, I didn't eat very much of my tacos. Why didn't I complain and get new tacos? Because it took them almost 10 minutes -- I shit you not -- to make the wrong thing. Never mind that there was one car in the drive thru and I was the only person inside.

Dinner, 6:45 p.m.

We went to Antoinette's, where I ordered my usual plate of pasta. Jon also had beer-battered cheese curds, and I ate quite a few of those as well. I ate only half of this pasta, at most. Maybe even less. I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow...

Snack, 9:30 p.m.

Apple.

Snack, 1:00 a.m.

Baked Lays, BBQ flavor. Verdict? Not as good as the plain ones, but not bad either.

Breakfast, 9:00 a.m.

Parmesan bagel.

Lunch, 11:45 p.m.

We had a dreadful 2-hour meeting during lunch, so I packed my lunch box and took it along. I had a turkey sandwich, yogurt, a granola bar, and Goldfish crackers. Oh, and a Diet Pepsi, of course. Have to stay awake during those things.

Snack, 3:00 p.m.
NOT PICTURED: Granola bar.

Dinner, 7:15 p.m.

A take-n-bake pizza from Wal-Mart. (They're quite good.) This one is "ultimate meat," which I personally think is way too much meat...but it's Jon's favorite. That's OK. I just pick off half of my meat and give it to him.

Snack, 10:30 p.m.

More peppermint bark. I love Costco; my thighs do not.

Breakfast, 7:30 a.m.

Light strawberry banana yogurt and a parmesan bagel.

Lunch, 11:30 a.m.

Easy Mac and a granola bar.

Snack, 2:45 p.m.

Skittles.

Dinner, 5:15 p.m.

Frozen fettuccini alfredo. (a.k.a. 340 calories of Michelina microwave goodness.)

Dinner #2, 7:45 p.m.

I take skating lessons on Monday nights, and I was ravenous when I got home. So...I made goulash. Except that I used ground turkey instead of ground beef. Bad move. It had zero flavor, and I didn't eat much at all. Neither did Jon...so you know it was bad.

Snack, 8:15 p.m.

I was still hungry, so I had a can of mandarin oranges. (I drained the juice.)

Snack, 11:30 p.m.

A piece of peppermint bark before bed. Yum.

Breakfast, 12:30 p.m.

Cherry pop-tarts.

Lunch, 4:00 p.m.

A Costco chicken bake and a berry smoothie.

Snack, 6:30 p.m.

A very filling parmesan bagel.

Snack, 9:15 p.m.
NOT PICTURED: A piece of almond bark. We found it at Costco, and nostalgia for the stuff my mom used to make convinced me to buy a tub. It wasn't as good as Mom's, but it was pretty darn good.

Dinner, 10:00 p.m.

Leftover Hamburger Helper and a mug of Land-O-Lakes white hot chocolate. Yum.

Long Overdue

This isn't nearly as many photos as I ought to have, given that it's been 3 weeks since my last post. Thing is, my friend Kelly had my camera for about a week because she doesn't have a digital and needed some photos of her leaky basement for insurance stuff. Anyway...here's what I've got.
