Breakfast, 10:45 a.m.

Light strawberry yogurt, and peanut butter on wheat toast.

Lunch, 1:45 p.m.

Turkey sammitch, granola bar, string cheese, and pear applesauce.

Snack, 5:30 p.m.

Three graham crackers with caramel frosting.

Dinner, 8:00 p.m.

I got this recipe on the internet...and it wasn't so good. It's called "pizza maccaroni bake." The problem is that the recipe called for ground sausage, and I used ground turkey. Well, sausage has a lot of flavor...and turkey does not. So, the dish was very, very, very bland. Even so, it resulted in me eating green peppers -- nothing short of a miracle -- so that's good, at least.

Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.

Light black cherry yogurt and peanut butter on wheat toast.

Lunch, 11:30 a.m.

Turkey sammitch, granola bar, mango peach applesauce, and an orange.

Snack, 4:00 p.m.

I had the leftover rice-a-roni, but I was still pretty hungry so then I had a handful of Doritos.

Dinner, 7:45 p.m.

I made some yummy chicken...it's a chicken breast, coated in a mix made from cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Request, of course), fat free sour cream, sherry, and crushed croutons. Mmmm. Oh yeah...I had 3 bread sticks, because they were so so so good.

Breakfast, 11:45 a.m.

Just a banana. I knew we were going out for lunch so I didn't want to eat much, but I'd been up for a few hours and was pretty hungry, so...

Lunch, 1:15 p.m.
NOT PICTURED: Andy, Ashley, Jillian and I had Highland House for lunch, and I forgot my camera, as I've been doing lately when I go out. I had the Enchiladas Rio -- that's a chicken enchilada, a beef enchilada, rice, and beans. Oh yeah...and chips & salsa.

Snack, 5:30 p.m.

I had to take a break from my lesson planning to have a handful of Doritos.

Dinner, 8:45 p.m.

Four cheese rice-a-roni, and a Spotted Cow. I ate about 2/3 of the rice.

September 27, 2008

Breakfast, 11:00 a.m.
NOT PICTURED: Andy and Ashley came to visit, and they wanted to go out for breakfast. I had the Classic Egg Breakfast at Perkins -- scrambled eggs, a blueberry muffin, bacon, and hashbrowns. That was pretty much my calorie allotment for the day...

Snack, 4:00 p.m.

...but then we were off to Amanda Senn's for a party. We brought Twizzlers and the new chocolate Skittles, along with some cookies, and we couldn't wait until we got there to dig in.

Snack, 4:45-10:00 p.m.

If there's one thing Amanda Senn does well, it's feeding people. This was the spread. I sampled pretty much everything on this table, and grazed almost nonstop for 5 hours. The good news is that Amanda Senn also knows how to entertain, so there was a lot of physical activity -- ping pong, foosball, and a fun beanbag game that brought out our 7-year-old sides and degenerated into throwing the beanbags at each other and running around the lawn.

Dinner, 8:00 p.m.

Turkey brat and grilled potatoes. Again, compliments of Amanda Senn.

Snack, 11:00 p.m.

Small bowl of cottage cheese. Because, despite being stuffed to the gills at Amanda Senn's, there's always room for more. Especially when you're playing Wii with Andy, Ashley, and Jillian.

Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.

Banana and peanut butter on wheat toast.

Lunch, 11:30 a.m.

Pineapple chunks (canned), string cheese, Triscuits, applesauce, and a granola bar. Is that a lot of lunch? That seems like a lot of lunch, but it didn't when I packed it.

Dinner, 5:00 p.m.

Look, mom, I'm eating on Mill Time!
Spaghetti with marinara sauce, a slice of wheat bread, and sliced [canned] mushrooms.

Snack, 7:00 p.m.

Doritos. Bad Sig. DO NOT BUY THESE.

Snack, 12:45 a.m.

Graham crackers with frosting. I had about 4-5 crackers.

September 25, 2008

Breakfast, 10:00 a.m.

Banana and whole wheat toast w/blackberry jam.

Lunch, 1:45 p.m.

Peanut butter sammitch, granola bar, and string cheese. Not pictured: Apple.

Dinner, 7:30 p.m.

Chicken breast (seasoned with butter, garlic salt, onion salt, & paprika) and au gratin potatoes...yes, from a box.

[Gross] Snack, 10:30 p.m.

This was supposed to be vanilla ice cream with caramel, but Jon heated the caramel for too long in the microwave, which melted the ice-cream, which resulted in soup.

September 24, 2008

Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.

Peanut butter on wheat toast, and light black cherry yogurt.

Lunch, 11:30 a.m.
I forgot to take a picture before I left for school. I had a turkey sandwich, a granola bar, a cup of applesauce, and an apple.

Snack, 3:30 p.m.

Doritos...yum.

Snack, 7:00 p.m.

I had this cup of applesauce while I was making dinner. A big no-no, I realize, but I was *so hungry* after doing Wii Fit for an hour.

Dinner, 7:30 p.m.

Taco salad, with crushed up Fritos instead of a bowl-made-out-of-a-shell.

Snack, 11:00 p.m.

Orange sherbet.

September 23, 2008

Breakfast, 11:00 a.m.

Banana and blackberry jam on whole wheat toast.

Lunch, 2:00 p.m.

The last of the pizza.

Snack, 5:30 p.m.

Light black cherry yogurt.

Dinner, 8:00 p.m.

Turkey chili & saltines. Yum.

Snack, 10:30 p.m.

I bought this because it reminded me of a flavor we had at the ice cream factory: Harley Davidson. This stuff has more of a citrusy kick to it, whereas the Harley had a smoother, less sharp flavor...I suppose because the Harley was ice cream, and this is sherbet. I like the Harley Davidson better. Maybe I'll have some when I'm up in Door County in 3 weeks. :)

September 22, 2008

Peanut butter sammitch & OJ

Dinner, 7:15 p.m.

More leftover pizza.

Snack, 11:30 p.m.

Edy's Swiss Orange sherbet -- "Excellent Source of Vitamin C!" Believe it or not, I bought this before I got sick.

September 21, 2008

Breakfast, 12:30 p.m.

Banana and peanut butter on wheat toast.

Lunch, 4:00 p.m.

I wasn't even a little hungry, but I knew I should probably eat something to give my body some energy to fight off my cold, so I had a bowl of white rice. Again, I had to salt the hell out of it to taste anything remotely resembling a flavor -- but this time, it was probably because my nose was so plugged up I couldn't taste.

Beverage, All Day Long

I'm not an OJ drinker, but when I'm sick I force myself to drink it constantly. Someone, possibly my dad, told me that the best way to get over a cold is to drink a ton of fluids -- and what better fluid than one rich in Vitamin C? I picked this up at Walgreen's when I was there to get some ultra cold drugs (the kind they keep behind the counter so the meth cookers can't get them). I also polished off 1/3 of a carton of Tropicana OJ that Jon got for me after I finished this one off. I figured that I'd better photograph it because that's a heck of a lot of calories. (And vitamins! And calcium!)

Dinner, 9:00 p.m.

Jon was starving when he got off of work, so he decided to order a pizza. I wasn't hungry, but I knew I should eat, and the pizza place was having a deal where it was cheaper to buy two pizzas than one...so he ordered a pepperoni pizza for himself, and a mushroom pizza for me. I have 6 slices of leftover pizza sitting in the fridge. I know what I'm having for lunch and dinner tomorrow...

Snack, 11:30 p.m.

Some vitamin C for right before bed.

September 20, 2008

Breakfast, 11:30 a.m.

Banana and wheat toast w/peanut butter.

Lunch, 4:00 p.m.

I could feel that I was coming down with a cold, so I had soup for lunch. (In my mind, soup=cure for cold/flu/misc. unpleasant illness. Especially in combination with drinking an obscene amount of OJ and water, and taking showers so hot my skin turns red.) I wanted chicken noodle soup, but we didn't have any. I would like to say: Healthy Request soup has NO flavor, at least not the vegetable beef. I salted the hell out of it and it STILL tasted watery. And this was BEFORE I lost my sense of taste to the cold...

Snack, 7:30 p.m.

I had a few crackers, but I didn't really feel like eating so I put them away almost immediately. That's when I knew I was full-blown sickly.

Dinner, 9:45 p.m.

Jon made ravioli and sliced potatoes, so I forced myself to eat a plate. I still wasn't hungry...goddamn illness. By this point, my cold was getting pretty ugly.

Snack, 1:30 a.m.

I remembered that I'd bought some oranges at the grocery store the day before, which was really odd since I don't even like oranges that much. (Truth is, all the other fruits seemed expensive, so...I went with the oranges.) I ate one right before bed because by this point I knew I was in for some pretty unpleasant illness. I was right...I was up all night because I could barely breathe.
