LUNCH, 11:40 A.M.
Ham and cheese on wheat bread & white rice (yes, microwaveable)

















SNACK, 4:30 P.M.
A handful of Goldfish crackers                                                      

















DINNER, 7:30 P.M.
It was a long day at work -- I didn't leave until almost 7:00 on a Friday.  I deserved some Culver's, dammit.

















SNACK, 9:15 P.M.
 Blueberry cheesecake custard (one scoop)
