Peanut butter on wheat toast and light mixed berry yogurt.
Snack, 3:30 p.m.
Blueberry cereal bar. I was still hungry, so I also had a small bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios (no milk).
Dinner, 8:30 p.m.
Frozen pizza (sausage & mushroom).
Snack, 12:30 a.m.
Light raspberry yogurt.
