Breakfast, 9:45 a.m.

Peanut butter on wheat toast and strawberry yogurt.

Lunch, 1:30 p.m.

Crackers and leftover chili.

Snack, 5:15 p.m.

Asian Pear Crisps. Yummy but worthless.

Dinner, 7:45 p.m.

Frozen alfredo and a slice of wheat bread. I thought about microwaving a vegetable, but...that seemed like too much work.

Snack, 10:30 p.m.

Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia frozen yogurt. I was pleasantly surprised -- it's almost as good as the ice cream.
