Breakfast, 8:15 a.m.
Special K Granola bar.
"Coffee," 11:30 a.m.
NOT PICTURED. I spent the day in Blair, the town where my grandparents live. Before heading over to grandma's, I stopped out to Glenn and Barbara's. Glenn is my dad's cousin, and I really like him a lot. Being a good Norwegian hostess, his wife always serves coffee and makes sure to stuff you full before you leave. I believe I had a small slice of cake, a bar of some sort, and a few crackers with cheese. She also gave me a can of orange soda since I don't drink coffee. I wanted water, but she insisted.
Lunch, 1:00 p.m.
Blurry camera phone picture... My grandma made sloppy joes. I had two (she forced the second one on me -- if you know my grandma, you understand). I also had some potato chips.
Dinner, 6:00 p.m.
Roast beef, a slice of bread, boiled potates (in beef juice), and raw carrots. (Everyone else ate cooked carrots, but I can't stand them -- they're so mushy. Ick!)
Snack, 9:00 p.m.
NOT PICTURED. My grandma wanted ice cream, so she sent me to Kwik Trip to pick up a pail. We each had a small dish of Tin Roof Sundae. Then my grandma wanted to make popcorn -- because she knows how much I love it. She makes the best popcorn in the world. However, I told her I was full and talked her out of it.
