Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.
Light blueberry yogurt and peanut butter on wheat toast.
Lunch, 12:15 p.m.
Turkey sandwich, applesauce, Baked Lays, and string cheese. The granola bar was a morning snack.
Snack, 4:30 p.m.
Corn Pops! My cousin used to eat these when he was really little. I saw them at the store and just wanted them. I ate them while grading papers -- I told myself, "No dinner until the grading is done!" I promised my students they'd have their papers back before spring break, so this was my last night to finish grading. I ate these to keep my stomach from digesting itself.
Dinner, 8:30 p.m.
Yay! The grading is done! Tacos and Mexican rice. I had two helpings of rice. (And yes, it was from a box.) I also had an empty taco shell.
Snack, 11:45 p.m.
Thin Mints.
