Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.

Peanut butter on wheat toast and light blueberry yogurt.

Lunch, 12:15 p.m.

Turkey sandwich, string cheese, applesauce, and Goldfish crackers. I had the granola bar as a morning snack.

Snack, 3:00 p.m.

I had some Baked Lays to get some food in me before meeting some colleagues for an end-of-the-week drink.

Snack, 5:30 p.m.

I shared this with colleagues at the bar...there's a Norwegian shop just up the street from the bar. For those of you who don't read Norsk, this is hazelnut chocolate. (Ingie, they didn't have the plain milk chocolate, so I had to make do.)

Dinner, 8:00 p.m.

Mac-n-cheese.
