Light blackberry yogurt, and peanut butter on wheat toast.

Lunch, 1:30 p.m.
NOT PICTURED: I forgot my lunch at home...oops. So, I had Subway -- 6" turkey on wheat, Doriots, and a Diet Coke.

Snack, 5:45 p.m.

Banana

Dinner, 7:00 p.m.

Frozen pizza -- sausage, pepperoni, and peppers.
