Breakfast, 12:00 p.m.

Banana and wheat toast with blackberry jam. (Sometimes you just want to change it up, you know?)

Lunch, 3:30 p.m.

Frozen fettuccine alfredo. (And a glass of fruit punch Crystal Lite.)

Snack, 6:00 p.m.

Part-skim string cheese.

Dinner, 8:45 p.m.

Chili and rice, with some shredded cheddar cheese. The chili is from a can. Also, this always makes me think of Hawaii.

Snack, 10:30 p.m.

Granny Smith apple. Yum.
