Quaker Oat Squares & light strawberry banana yogurt



LUNCH, 3:05 P.M.
Leftover chili and Baked Ruffles (sour cream & cheddar)


SNACK, 6:00 P.M. & 8:30 P.M.
I had a strawberry Special K bar twice while I waited for Jon to get home from work so we could eat dinner. 


DINNER, 9:45 P.M.
Spaghetti with meat sauce, asiago garlic bread, and a glass of blackberry wine.
