Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.

Peanut butter on wheat toast and a banana.

Lunch, 11:30 a.m.

Turkey sandwich, Special K granola bar, applesauce, freeze dried apple crisps, and Baked Ruffles.

Snack, 3:30 p.m.

Raisins!

Beverage, 5:30 p.m.

1% Chocolate milk -- actually, I had a glass and a half. I don't usually post my beverages because they typically contain no calories and no nutritional value (or, in the case of Crystal Light, almost no calories)...but chocolate milk is different. 170 calories per cup, I found out...after I drank it.

Dinner, 6:45 p.m.

Goulash and sliced potatoes. Looks like slop, but...mmmm.

Snack, 9:15 p.m.

Apple.

Snack, 11:30 p.m.

Strawberry yogurt.
