Breakfast, 9:15 a.m.

Blueberry yogurt and peanut butter on wheat toast.

Lunch, 12:30 p.m.

Turkey sandwich, honey oat granola bar, pretzels, and applesauce.

Snack, 5:15 p.m.

A handful of dried berries...we were going out to dinner, but I was so hungry I was feeling weak...so I had a small snack right away when I got home from school.

Dinner, 6:30 p.m.

Blackened chicken alfredo. We went to a restaurant where one of Jon's friends works, and this was the special. An acquaintance of Jon's -- not his friend -- was our waiter. I asked him if the alfredo was good, because it's always questionable; alfredo is either really good or not worth eating. He assured me that this alfredo was definitely worth eating. But...he was wrong. It wasn't bad, just not good. I would not order it again. Jon's burger, on the other hand, was phenomenal, as were the fries.

Snack, 10:45 p.m.

Apple.
