Breakfast, 12:45 p.m.
Peanut butter on wheat toast and a banana.
Snack, 3:00 p.m.
Light blueberry yogurt.
Lunch, 4:30 p.m.
Peanut butter sammitch, apple, and cottage cheese.
Dinner, 9:00 p.m.
Tacos and rice. The taco shells were the smallest ever. I ate four of them, but look at the plate -- it's half empty with THREE tacos and a side of rice on it. The tacos were filled with ground beef (made w/taco seasoning), lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese. The rice came out of a box. My suggestion is that you not buy the Taco Bell brand shells, even though they're the cheapest...because they're rather tiny.
Snack, 12:30 a.m.
Raisins. I forgot how sticky they are.

great lunch and pretty good dinner this day! I suggest using ground turkey instead of beef, tho. Much less fat, much better for you.
