Breakfast, 9:30 a.m.

This has become my "usual" breakfast. That's fine...
it's yummy.

Lunch, 1:00 p.m.

Leftover pizza and a strawberry Nutri-Grain bar.

Snack, 4:30 p.m.

Plum. It was very expensive...but very good.

Another Snack, 5:00 p.m.

I was still hungry after the plum, and I knew it would
be a long time before dinner...so I had some very expensive
grapes. ($3.99/pound!)

Dinner, 9:45 p.m.

Turkey chili. It's ground turkey, Healthy Request
tomato soup, diced tomatoes (canned), pork and beans,
onions, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. I also added
a can of kidney beans to this batch. I love this recipe.

Snack, 11:30 p.m.

Not quite half a pint of tropical sorbet. This is healthier
than ice cream, right?

Agreed. You deserve a present. But don't reward yourself with food.
