Breakfast, 9:20 a.m.

The usual: peanut butter on wheat bread, and a banana.

Beverage, 10:15 a.m.

Carmel Steamer. 12 oz. I don't usually drink this kind
of stuff, but Jon's mom bought it for me when we were
at Home Depot buying cleaning supplies. I spent the
whole day cleaning my apartment -- washing walls,
spackling nail holes, scrubbing window sills...cleaning is
a workout. Holy crap. Anyway, I don't ordinarily
photograph my beverages because they're calorie free
(or, in the case of Crystal Light, almost calorie free) and
have no nutritional value. Plus, it would be a lot of photos.

Lunch, 3:30 p.m.

A bacon cheeseburger from Arctic Roadrunner, with
onion rings and a small blackberry shake. Bad, bad,
bad Sig. But, it's right down the street from my
apartment and I got a lot of exercise today. (Cleaning
and softball.) Plus, I will most likely never eat this
goodness again. This is Anchorage's answer to Culver's.

Dinner, 10:00 p.m.

I was real hungry after my softball game. All that
running and throwing...and cleaning...and all that
time since lunch. The good news is that I burned off
some of my carbs...I cleaned from the time after I ate
this until 1:00 a.m. And we're still not done. But, we
did a good job. Jon's mom cleans houses professionally
so we did everything from cleaning the switch plates to
cleaning the light fixtures to cleaning behind the fridge.
All the hard work is done. Now I just need to "polish"
everything else.
