Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.

Banana and peanut butter on wheat toast.

Lunch, 12:30 p.m.

The usual array of Costco crap.

Snack, 4:45 p.m.

I was so hungry by the time I left work that I was getting a headache and I was a little dizzy. (I had no money for the vending machine, no food in my office, and no idea why I was so ravenous -- my eating habits for today were pretty typical, as was my level of physical activity.) I stopped at the gas station by school on my way home because it didn't seem safe to drive feeling that way (home is 25 minutes away). The result was that I ate a lot of licorice in a very short period of time. Not a good idea. Then I was TOO full, and slightly nauseous from all the sugar on an empty stomach.

Dinner, 9:30 p.m.

Because the licorice filled me up, I wasn't hungry for dinner until late. Behold the blandest looking meal ever: cheese ravioli and a can of new potatoes cooked in butter and seasoned with pepper. It looks pretty boring, but it tastes great. I added the cranberry juice precisely to make this look more interesting -- I contemplated a glass of water, but I thought that I needed *something* colorful. :) At least I don't have to go to bed early tonight (not until 1 or 2-ish), so I won't be going to bed with a full stomach.
