Breakfast, 12:15 p.m.
Banana and blueberry Special K bar
Lunch, 3:30 p.m.
Chili & rice. I learned this trick in Hawaii. Turns out that this is also an Alaskan trick...big shock, though. Alaska and Hawaii are pretty much the same, except for the weather.
Snack, 7:15 p.m.
Freeze dried pears.
Dinner, 9:45 p.m.
Look, Mom! A vegetable! Bonus: it's green. Yup...chicken and boiled salted soybeans. Not a bad little dinner. Adding some mashed potatoes would have made it better, though.
