Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.
Peanut butter on wheat toast and peach yogurt.
Lunch, 11:30 a.m.
Turkey sandwich, Baked Doritos, strawberry applesauce, and a granola bar.
Snack, 3:30 p.m.
Blueberry Special K bar. Yum, yum, yum. I think these are my new favorites.
Snack, 7:45 p.m.
Dried berry mix -- it's got cranberries, blueberries, and cherries. Not bad.
Dinner, 11:00 p.m.
Good: Eating whole grain pasta. Bad: Having a big plate of pasta late at night. Worse: Covering it in Parmesan cheese -- we're talking tons...you can see some of the gobs. I haven't done this in a long, long time...but ohmygod. So yummy.
