Breakfast, 11:30 a.m.
Peanut butter on wheat toast and light strawberry yogurt.
Lunch, 3:00 p.m.
Whole grain mac-n-cheese.
Snack, 5:30 p.m. and beyond
Jon found these at Big Lots for$1. We split them, and it took us about 3 days to get through the whole box. They were quite yummy -- and I'm sure quite bad for my teeth.
Dinner, 7;45 p.m.
Pork chops, corn, and mashed potatoes. I tried for garlic mashed potatoes by adding garlic salt...but that didn't work out so well. Who knew it would make the potatoes sweet? Live and learn, I guess.
Dessert, 8:30 p.m.
OK, we didn't have the strawberries immediately after dinner...but we didn't wait too long either. I guess I just feel less piggy if I call it dessert rather than a snack. I split these with Jon.
Snack, 11:00 p.m.
I finished off the Harley Davidson. Yum-yum-yum.
