Breakfast, 9:30 a.m.
Mandarins. I drained the syrup.
"Lunch," 1:00 p.m.
I didn't intend to eat ice-cream for lunch. I microwaved
a Lean Cuisine, but it was so disgusting I was only able
to eat two bites before I got nauseous. Lucky for me,
some club or another was giving out free ice-cream at
the Learning Resources Center (where I tutor), so I
didn't have to starve. The traffic-cone-orange flavor is
mango (it had a bubble gum aftertaste -- weird), and
there's a scoop of Butterfinger on the bottom. I'm sad
about the Lean Cuisine. I've had relatively good luck
with them in the past.
Snack, 5:45 p.m.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch, no milk.
Dinner, 9:30 p.m.
This is the hot dish my mom used to make all the time
when I was growing up. It was my favorite meal for
years, and it's SO easy to make. 1 lb. of ground beef,
a can of vegetable beef soup, a can of cream of mushroom
soup (I used the Healthy Request kind), 1/2 cup chopped
onions, and 2 potatoes. Mix together, bake for 75 minutes
at 350. And yes, that's a hamburger bun...I didn't have
any bread.
Snack, 12:30 a.m.
Jon brought ice-cream home from work -- this is the
brand they use at his restaurant. It was super yummy.
We split it, but still only ate half of the pint. It took a
lot of restraint; I've been known to down an entire pint
on my own...especially during my ice-cream factory days.
This company also makes a flavor called "Fireweed
Honey." SOOOOO good. We used to eat it at Saturday
Market all the time.
