Breakfast, 10:30 a.m.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch. No milk, per usual.

Lunch, 1:30 p.m.

The last of the turkey sloppy joes, and a bag of pretzels.

Snack, 6:30 p.m.

Apple and dry cereal.

Dinner, 9:30 p.m.

Chili and rice. I burned the rice, so it was pretty crunchy
and gross. I only ate somewhere between a third and half
of this.

Snack, 11:45 p.m.

I finished the ice-cream. It was about half of a pint.

Wow, we're really slacking on the commenting..... still too many carbs, but pretzels are a better choice than chips.
