Breakfast, 11:15 a.m.

Banana, and peanut butter on white bread.

Lunch, 2:00 p.m.

I was starving after softball practice, and we have
almost no food at home, so I got Subway. I had a
6" oven roasted chicken sub on wheat bread with
lettuce and tomatoes. I made sure to eat the veggies --
although I admit that I picked the tomatoes off and ate
them separate from the sandwich. I also had BBQ
Baked Lays and a Diet Coke.

Snack, 5:15 p.m.

Apple.

Snack, 7:15 p.m.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Jon's mom was supposed to
be coming to town, and we were supposed to be taking
her out for dinner because it's her birthday Tuesday. Well.
She called to say she was running late, and I was starving,
so I had this to tide me over.

Dinner, 10:00 p.m.

Jon's mom ended up running really late. At about
8:45 she called and said she wouldn't make it to town
before the restaurant closed...so we ordered pizza
instead. This is thin-ish crust, with Canadian bacon and
mushrooms. I also had a glass of regular Mountain Dew,
which is bad but oh-so-good. The pizza place runs a
special that includes a 2 liter of soda. Jon will not drink
diet, and I like regular as a treat sometimes, so...yeah.

The dinners are definitely going to be the hardest to change. I'm trying to do better with the snacking too, and the fruit helps, but...I've still got a ways to go.

I have the same problem - Justin won't drink diet soda.
