Turkey & cheddar sandwich on honey wheat bread & tomato soup

Trail mix
SNACK, 6:15 P.M.
Cherry Greek yogurt
DINNER, 8:30 P.M.
Porckhops in a cream cheese sauce (they were so tender they fell apart) & wax beans
SNACK, 11:00 P.M.
Turtle Sundae ice cream...not very much because it was freezer burned. Ick.
