Goldfish Crackers
Not pictured: Cafeteria food -- fried shrimp, potato wedges, a little taste of some kind of cheesy casserole, and canned peaches. (This wasn't my choice, but I had a lunch meeting with a colleague, and the meal was paid for...)
DINNER, 6:40 P.M.
Frozen alfredo. Terrible, I know...but there was no time to cook. I was grading midterms until after 10 p.m.
SNACK, 11:00 P.M.
Cauliflower & queso dip. It's a reward for eating veggies.

You should eat more cauliflower (and other vegetables), even if it is paired with the cheese sauce :-)
I definitely prefer to pair the cheese sauce with tortilla chips. :)
