Breakfast, 11;30 a.m.
Light blueberry yogurt and peanut butter on wheat toast.
Lunch, 3:15 p.m.
Single-sized Stouffer's lasagna.
Dinner, 8:30 p.m.
"Mexican Shells & Cheese" -- this is one of those recipes from one of the cooking magazines. It's yummy and easy. Ground beef, black beans, salsa, chili powder, and a box of velveeta shells & cheese.
Snack, 11:00 p.m.
Girl Scout cookies -- about 1/4 box. (Which really isn't that many cookies; the Girl Scouts are kind of a ripoff.)
