Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.
Light blueberry yogurt and peanut butter on wheat toast.
Lunch, 12:15 p.m.
Turkey sandwich, Baked Doritos, applesauce, and string cheese. I had the granola bar as a morning snack.
Dinner, 7:30 p.m.
Mac-n-Cheese. I was *starving* when I had this. Jon and I had talked about maybe going out for dinner, but I'd gone for drinks with a few of my colleagues after work (at 3:30!). I didn't expect to be at the bar until 7...oops. He'd already eaten by the time I got home, and I was too hungry to wait around while I cooked something "real." I only had two drinks, though -- a vodka cranberry and an amaretto sour.
Snack (?), 11: 30 p.m.
I fell asleep maybe an hour after the mac-n-cheese. I'm always exhausted on Friday night, and those drinks didn't help. When I woke up from my nap, it was 10:00 and I felt like hell -- groggy and vaguely nauseous. I finally figured out that I was hungry, so I had a can of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup, then went back to bed.
