Breakfast, 10:15 a.m.

Peanut butter on wheat toast and a banana.

Lunch, 2:00 p.m.

Turkey chili. Yum. (Don't worry, Ingie -- I still prefer Deb's...but since I didn't have any bell peppers, I had to go with my backup chili recipe...because with -40 wind chills, I wasn't going out to get any.)

Snack, 4:30 p.m.

String cheese. Part skim, for what it's worth...

Dinner, 7:45 p.m.

Tacos and Mexican rice (yes, out of a box). I had a second helping of rice.

Snack, 10:30 p.m.

Cherries.
