Breakfast, 9:30 a.m.

Banana and peanut butter on wheat toast.

Lunch, 11:45 a.m.

Oven roasted chicken breast sub (6", w/lettuce, American cheese, and pickles on the side) & Baked Ruffles.

Snack, 2:00 p.m.

Cinnamon candy cane. Yum-yum-yum.

Snack, 4:45 p.m.

Strawberry granola bar.

Dinner, 7:15 p.m.

The biggest helping ever of Mexican Shells & Cheese -- it's Velveeta Shells & Cheese, black beans, salsa, and some seasonings. Very yummy. I also drank 2 huge glasses of cranberry juice with dinner...it was a lot spicier than usual.
