Breakfast, 6:45 a.m.
Asiago cheese bagel from Costco, and a banana. Those bagels are so good...and so bad for me.
Lunch, 11:30 a.m.
Turkey sandwich, blueberry granola bar, banana, light string cheese, and applesauce.
Snack, 3:30 p.m.
Another bagel.
Dinner, 6:00 p.m.
NOT PICTURED: Exercise Scientist Kelly and I had Mexican for dinner. I had enchiladas (one beef, one cheese), rice, and beans. After the Mexican, we had Girl Scout Cookies (i.e., hot chocolate & peppermint schnapps).
Snack, 1:00 a.m.
NOT PICTURED: When Jon came home from work, he made a frozen pizza. I had two small-ish slices.
