Wheat toast w/blackberry jam, and light mixed berry yogurt.

Lunch, 3:45 p.m.

Campbell's chicken noodle soup...after I ate all the noodles.

Dinner, 8:00 p.m.

Turkey chili...with cheese.

Snack, 11:00 p.m.

Raspberry sherbet.
