Bad, Bad, Bad Sig.

As you may have noticed, I have neglected to post for something like two weeks. By way of excuse, I can say only that my new job has left me with barely any time to breathe, much less update the blog.

With each day that passed, the volume of photos became more intimidating and the time required to create a post increased. And, the more I didn't post, the less I took pictures. So I'm just going to do what Nathan calls a "blog dump" and throw it all into one post.

I will try to be much better in the future. Here are the last 2 weeks, in rough order:

M&Ms for breakfast!

Mexican.

I don't ever buy these, because I eat them.

Frozen raviolis.

Breakfast.

Papa John's has "Beat the Clock Mondays" -- for example, if you call at 6:30, your large pizza is $6.03. Monday is a busy day, and with yummy food that cheap...well... My half is the Canadian Bacon half, not the pepperoni.

Pistachio Pudding! I saw it at the grocery store, got nostalgic, and whipped up a bowl. Yum.

Chicken seasoned w/paprika, au gratin potatoes, and canned corn.

Raspberry sherbet.

This is what I eat when I'm at school.

Snack.

Home made mac-n-cheese pizza. For what it's worth, the noodles were whole wheat... This is Jillian's creation.

Breakfast.

Bag lunch!

More breakfast.

I hadn't had Taco Bell in soooo long...

More breakfast.

We have a rice cooker. I love it...and I should probably use it more than I do.

Frozen.

Breakfast seems to be my most photographed meal during this lame "I'm only randomly photoing what I eat because I think I'm too busy to upload a few pictures" phase.

Mac-n-cheese. Maybe whole wheat, maybe not; I can't recall.

Yet another breakfast.

Jon brought this home from work. It wasn't very good, as you may expect of pasta that comes from a restaurant know for its burritos. He ate most of it; it was too greasy for me.

Another school lunch. I feel like a first grader.

More breakfast.

Basil & Olive Oil Triscuits. (I think that's the flavor. Anyway, they're good.)

Another "Beat the Clock" pizza. I'm so lazy after work.

Puffed wheat! This stuff is so worthless...tastes like cardboard, and you're still hungry after you eat it.

Frozen lasagna.

Another school lunch. That's leftover pizza in the tinfoil.

Tastes like Grandma. Not literally...but my grandma, who died almost exactly a year ago, always used to feed this to us. Until college, I never ate it anywhere but in her kitchen.

I made this pasta...so yummy. It's spaghetti in a cream sauce (a really bad one -- heavy whipping cream + spices + parmesan), with chunks of chicken breast. So good, so bad for me. I try to only make this dish once every few months...but it's one of my favorite meals that I cook. Jon loves it, too.

Hey girl! It seems you need some traditional home-cooked meals :D Pizzas are appealing anyway...
