Breakfast, 11:45 a.m.
Peanut butter on wheat bread, and a banana.
Snack, 2:30 p.m.
Granola Bar.
Lunch, 4:00 p.m.
Two turkey sammitches. I was hungry after going for a nice
little walk on the beach.
Dinner, 9:00 p.m.
Bad Sig...shrimp penne in cream sauce, topped with tomatoes,
and a slice of garlic bread on the side.
Snack, 11:30 p.m.
Green seedless grapes.
