Breakfast, 11:00 a.m.

Peanut butter on wheat toast, and a banana. The toaster
was a good investment...I haven't had one in about 9 years,
and I never missed it, but now that I have one again I'm
certainly enjoying it.

Snack, 1:30 p.m.

Banana.

Lunch, 3:30 p.m.

These are actually my leftovers. I had a bowl of chili and
an order of cheese curds at the hole-in-the-wall cafe down
the street. I'd say that the chili was pretty average, and so
were the cheesecurds. The meal certainly didn't stand up to
my all time favorite chili and cheesecurd restaurant, Mike's
Port Pub in Jacksonport, WI.

Dinner, 9:30 p.m.

Mexican shells and cheese...it's got salsa, black beans, a box
of Velveeta Shells and Cheese, some spices...fast and easy and
yummy. It tasted a little different than usual, though, because
I used "Light" Velveeta Shells & Cheese -- a product that I
couldn't buy in Anchorage.

Snack, 11:30 p.m.

Yogurt. I wasn't hungry...I just wanted it. That's a bad
habit, and I need to break it.
