Peanut butter on wheat toast and a banana.
Lunch, 12:45 p.m.
Michelena's Budget Gourmet fettuccine alfredo.
Snack: 3:30 p.m.
Not pictured: I had appetizers at a "new faculty reception" at my college. I didn't eat much because (1) I was nervous (2) People wouldn't leave me alone so that I could take a few seconds to eat and (3) What little I did eat wasn't that good. I don't remember what I had, though.
Dinner, 7:30 p.m.
Chicken Parmigana from Geno's. I was hoping for more chicken and less pasta, but so it goes. Also...is it unusual for the chicken to be broken up into little chunks? Isn't this dish usually a chicken breast on top of a bed of pasta? It doesn't matter, because it was good (even though I had to dig for the chicken). I'm just wondering.
Snack, 11:00 p.m.
Grapes.
