Breakfast, 12:15 p.m.
Banana and a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter.
Lunch, 4:00 p.m.
The last of the casserole concoction, and grapes. That's
a glass of raspberry tea Crystal Light. That's pretty much
all I ever drink -- Crystal Light, Diet Pepsi, and water.
Snack, 6:30 p.m.
Cinnamon applesauce.
Dinner, 8:00 p.m.
"Potato Flake Chicken" -- it's a chicken breast, coated
in a mix of instant mashed potato flakes, parmesan
cheese, and garlic salt. I also cooked some new potatoes
(yes, canned) in butter and sprinkled pepper on. Yum.
I think the potatoes were better than the chicken.
Snack, 11:15 p.m.
I wanted ice-cream...but I settled for sorbet. The
expensive kind. It was pretty good...but not as good
as what Jon got: Fleur de Sel Caramel, which has
sea salt in it...it's weird, but oh so yummy. And yeah,
the Brazilian Acai Berry Sorbet isn't bad either. I
ate about half of the pint. I could have eaten it all,
but I forced myself to exercise restraint.
